Pick-Up Information & Policies
1. PREPARATION TIME
MINIMUM NOTICE
All orders require at least 2 days for preparation.
We do not offer same-day pick-ups.
WAIT FOR NOTIFICATION
Please do not come to the shop until you have received the
"Ready for Pick-Up"
email.
You may also call us to confirm before heading out.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible if you arrive at the store before receiving the notification or without calling to confirm and your order is not yet ready.
2. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & SECURITY
To protect our customers from unauthorized charges, we follow a strict security protocol:
VALID PHOTO ID
You must present an official ID.
The name must match the name on the order.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
At the time of pick-up, we will take a photo of your ID next to the signed receipt.
This image serves exclusively as legal evidence that the order was delivered to the rightful owner.
Privacy First
We use a custom-made paper template to cover your sensitive data.
This ensures that only your name and photo are visible for the record.
Your address and private numbers will remain completely hidden during this process.
3. SENDING SOMEONE ELSE?
If you cannot pick up the order yourself, you must follow these steps:
WEBSITE CHAT ONLY
You must notify us exclusively through our website chat with the full name of the person authorized to collect.
NO EXCEPTIONS
For security reasons, we do not accept notifications via phone or email for this change.
IMPORTANT
If the person picking up does not match the order and no chat notification was received, the product will not be released.
